PURCHASING CONDITIONS (WEB SITE)

To access the purchasing platform and to make and manage orders, the client will type their user ID and password. All prices include VAT. The languages the company uses are Spanish and English.

In any case, the client will be solely responsible for the use of the user ID and password by physical persons to whom the data may have been disclosed. All orders placed, after identification and authentication via user ID and password, are considered valid orders made by the client and will be binding for them, creating all rights and obligations resulting from the present general conditions of use.

The mandatory minimum purchase will be an indivisible pack that contains two 750 ml bottles or five 250 ml bottles.

To place an order through the electronic platform, you must follow the following steps:

a) Select the product or products and add them to the shopping cart.

b) Specify, for each product, the desired quantity.

c) Enter your user ID and password to access the electronic platform.

d) Next the billing and delivery addresses will be displayed. In case there is any error in the addresses or they have been changed, you must update them at this point.

e) Finish the selection of products and click on “view cart” to see the entire order and, if everything is correct, click on “proceed to checkout”. In case there is some product you don’t want to order, it may be removed at this point.

f) Finally, select the “Order with obligation to pay” option.

Payment process

Payment will be done by the following means. Credit card or bank transfer.

Delivery process

The company guarantees that the delivery of merchandise will be done following TNT conditions.

Shipment information:

  • Keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending of several factors, such as weather, dates like Christmas or the summer period.
  • The carriers are companies outside our own and we have no control over them once dispatch has taken place. But we have tracking numbers to trace the order status at any moment.

Products warranty

All our products have a warranty set in each case by the manufacturer.

Exchanges or returns

Any defect or deterioration detected in the delivered goods must be reported to the carrier, timely issuing a complain at the moment of receipt.

IN ANY CASE, THE PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE UNPACKED OR UNSEALED. THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND SEAL. OTHERWISE, THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE EXPENSES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CLIENT. IN NO CASE WILL RETURNS OF PRODUCTS OR CLAIMS BE ADMITED AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

In case of discrepancy, withdrawal or disagreement with there general conditions about prices, discounts, conditions of sale or any claim related to the merchandise, the client must report it to the company’s Customer Service Department in writing, within a maximum period of 14 days as of the date of request through the withdrawal form showed in this web site. The merchandise must be returned at the following address: AVDA. JUAN CARLOS I, 14 BJO. 5 EDIF. THADERLANDA C.P 30008 MURCIA without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days following the date the decision of withdrawal is communicated. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if the returning of the goods is done before said deadline has ended.

You have to bear the direct cost of returning the merchandise.
